I paid for a campaign that was never run

The release plan described billboards in three cities, a press campaign and a radio push. I saw one poster, in a photograph, sent to me by a friend.

The spend still appeared against my account in full. When I asked for receipts I was told the breakdown was commercially sensitive. It was my money and it was sensitive to me.
