I ran the department and was asked to take the notes

I led A&R for a regional division. In a meeting with four colleagues, all more junior than me, I was asked to take the notes. It happened again the following month with a visiting executive.

I raised it once. The response was that it was not meant like that, which is true, and also the entire point.
