A song of mine was used in a viral clip in Monterrey and the plays went up quickly. Twelve days later my distributor removed it for suspected artificial streaming and withheld the royalties for the whole quarter.

There is no hearing. You submit a form. I submitted four. Ten months on, the song is back, the money is not, and the only explanation I ever received was a template.
