The management agreement had a sunset clause that was never explained to me, and a definition of gross income broad enough to include merchandise, sync, and any recording made during the term for the life of copyright.

We parted ways in 2018 amicably, or so I thought. still receives twenty percent of records he had nothing to do with, and will until those copyrights expire. My lawyer's advice was that fighting it would cost more than the commission.
