The bus had a rule nobody wrote down

I did lighting on a European run in 2018. Within a week I understood there was a rule nobody had written down: you did not walk past a certain bunk after two in the morning, and if you were the youngest woman on the crew you did not take the last shower slot.

I raised it with the tour manager. He said he would keep an eye on it, which meant nothing changed and I was the person who had made a complaint. I finished the run because I needed the money and the next booking came from the same production company.
